The choice of carrier and shipping price may vary depending on the weight, quantity, availability of products, and the order amount, as well as the shipping country.

Shipping costs for orders under €50 are €3.90. Shipping costs for orders over €50 are free. Bolso Mío reserves the right to modify these costs or temporarily cancel them without prior notice. These modifications do not require prior notification to site customers.
Under no circumstances may a third party claim reimbursement for the shipping costs in effect at the time of purchase. Shipping cost information is always available during the order confirmation process.
Our refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

To make a return, you must show us a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer without our prior agreement.
If your order arrives defective, whether partially or completely, you can benefit from a return or refund for the items in question. Please also specify in your message if you would like an exchange or refund for defective items.
Most orders are processed within 24 hours. If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at support@bolsomio.com . If the order has already been processed and/or shipped, no cancellation requests can be considered.
If you wish to request a refund, please note that you will receive an email with a PDF document in which you can explain the reason for your request in detail. This will allow us to process your case more efficiently and continue to offer the best service for our exclusive handbags.
We only replace an item if it's defective or damaged. If you'd like to exchange it for the exact same item, please email us at soporte@bolsomio.com .
To return a product, you must mail it to the address we will provide after we accept your request.
Shipping costs for returning an item are your responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive an exchanged product may vary.
If you're shipping an item over €75, we recommend using a tracked delivery service or purchasing insurance. We don't guarantee that we'll receive your returned item.

Once the order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 business days , depending on the recipient's location and the carrier's logistical conditions.
